Omari Bouknight is President and Chief Executive Officer at Resonant Link Medical, where he leads the company’s mission to transform how implantable medical devices are designed and experienced through advanced wireless power and data transfer. Omari has 25 years of experience scaling medical technology companies, with leadership spanning early-stage innovation, commercialization and global growth.

Before joining Resonant Link Medical, he held executive roles at Abbott, CardioFocus, Cardiac Dimensions and Thoratec Corporation, helping bring breakthrough technologies to clinicians and patients around the world. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and bachelors degrees in Supply Chain Management, International Relations and German from Michigan State University.

Aaron Stein is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Resonant Link Medical, where he leads the development of advanced wireless power systems for implantable medical devices. During his postdoctoral research at Dartmouth College, Aaron helped pioneer breakthroughs in resonant coils, power electronics, and control that enabled new levels of efficiency, range, and power density.

Since co-founding Resonant Link in 2017, he has helped advance dozens of implantable device programs across a wide range of clinical applications. Aaron is an inventor on more than a dozen patents and patent applications and an author of numerous academic publications. He holds a B.S. from Swarthmore College and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.

Rachel Allard is Vice President of Marketing at Resonant Link Medical, where she has built the company into a widely recognized name in MedTech, trusted as the experts in wireless power and data transfer for implantable devices. Rachel Allard has two decades of marketing, advertising, and operations experience, leading high-growth teams at Seed to Series B technology companies during periods of rapid change.

Rachel loves helping others realize and pursue their passions, especially at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and economic development, and she’s served as a mentor and Director with several organizations aligned with those areas, including Girl Develop It, NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, LaunchVT, and others. She holds a B.S. in communications from Boston University’s College of Communications.

Megan Strehlow is the Technical Program Manager at Resonant Link Medical, leading program management and operations initiatives, from process implementation to quality support. She brings a decade of experience leading complex engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives across MedTech and robotics. Before joining Resonant Link Medical, she held leadership roles at Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics (now Symbotic), Medtronic, Mobius Mobility, and DEKA Research & Development.

Megan spearheaded the commercialization of the iBOT® Personal Mobility Device and has spent her career delivering complex FDA-regulated products from concept through regulatory approval and market launch. Megan holds her Masters in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a MBA from UNH.

Pantelis Papamanolis is Director of Product Engineering at Resonant Link Medical where he has led the advancement of the company’s product platforms to meet the needs of a rapidly growing customer portfolio and diverse clinical applications. He is a leading power electronics and wireless power specialist, with deep expertise in power electronics systems, high frequency magnetics, controls, and thermals.

Pantelis holds a PhD with a focus on optimal design of high frequency magnetic components from the power electronics systems laboratory of Professor Johann W. Kolar at ETH Zurich, where he also holds a Masters, and he was also part of the Prometheus team of the NTUA that developed an energy efficient EV.

Peter Speirs is a Principal Engineer and the Magnetics Team Manager at Resonant Link Medical where he’s spearheaded the advancement of our simulation, modeling, validation, and verification capabilities to strengthen design predictability and repeatability while streamlining our customers’ path to regulatory approval. Peter is a skilled engineer, researcher, and team leader with deep expertise in electromagnetic simulation, modeling, thermal management, and RF systems.

Before joining Resonant Link Medical, Peter spent eight years researching RF, microwave, and radar systems at the University of Bern and EPFL. Peter holds a PhD in Physics from University of St Andrews and a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Raymond W. Cohen is an accredited director, MedTech advisor, operating partner in the venture firm Star51 Capital, venture partner to Andera Partners and Sherpa Capital, and Chair of Resonant Link Medical’s Board of Directors. In his career, Mr. Cohen has been directly responsible for raising ~$2.5 billion in capital and successfully growing and exiting several companies. From 2014 to 2024, Cohen was the Co-Founder and CEO of Nasdaq-listed Axonics, which was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2024 for $3.7 billion. In early March 2025, as chairman of the board for SoniVie, Cohen arranged for a sale of SoniVie to Boston Scientific for $600 million. And in October 2025, Boston Scientific acquired Nalu for $533 million while Cohen was board chairman.

Cohen currently serves on the board of Nasdaq-listed Kestra Medical Technologies. He also serves as Chairman of privately held Spiro Medical, Biobeat Technologies, Archimedes Vascular, and Resonant Link Medical. Cohen has received numerous awards and accolades for his four decades of work in medical technology including the Boston MEDevice Franklin Visionary Award for Lifetime Achievement, the MedTech MVP Award, the Orange County Business Journal Businessperson of the Year, the SoCal Bio Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Ernst & Young Southwest U.S. Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Cohen holds a B.S. in Business Management from Binghamton University in NY.

Jeff Chu is a member of Resonant Link Medical’s Board of Directors, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Features Capital, and a seasoned MedTech entrepreneur, inventor, advisor, and investor with more than 20 years of experience building healthcare companies and commercializing innovative technologies. Over his career he has worked with more than 100 companies across product development, commercialization, IP, clinical/regulatory strategy, and growth. Jeff is an inventor on 16+ patents, Principal Investigator on multiple NIH and Department of Defense-funded research grants, and author of more than 20 peer-reviewed publications.

He serves on the boards of Resonant Link Medical, Prana Surgical, Aprexis Health Solutions, Mascoma Technologies, Mascoma Bank, UVM Biomedical Engineering Program, and the New Hampshire Tech Alliance. He is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Dartmouth College’s Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship and Northeastern University’s Roux Institute, and is Co-Founder of the MedTech Collaborative, an organization advancing the MedTech ecosystem in Northern New England.
